Summer / Project Training

Cholayil is a crucible for future managers, which is why we get many requests for summer/project trainees. Based on the availability of projects we appoint trainees who are then given individual or group projects to work on for a specific period.

The project would broadly cover:

	Sales
	Marketing
	HR
	Finance

Trainees work under the guidance of a project director. The projects are real organizational issues, which he/she is expected to understand completely and then propose a solution to, after thorough research. What a trainee gets is hands-on experience in a professional business environment.
